Client Responsibilities
To maximize campaign performance and ensure successful delivery of all services, clients agree to the following responsibilities:
4.1 Account Access & Authorization
- ✓ Grant necessary administrative access to website CMS, Google Business Profile, Google Ads account, Meta Business Manager, Microsoft Advertising account, and any other relevant digital assets required to deliver contracted services.
- ✓ Designate Local Legends Marketing as an authorized manager/partner on all relevant advertising platforms. You retain full account ownership at all times.
- ✓ Maintain active and valid payment methods on all advertising platforms to ensure uninterrupted ad delivery.
4.2 Communication & Approvals
- ✓ Maintain active communication and provide timely approvals, feedback, and content on project milestones and deliverables.
- ✓ Respond to requests for information, creative approvals, or strategy reviews within five (5) business days to avoid project delays.
- ✓ Notify Local Legends Marketing promptly of any changes to your business, service area, contact information, or advertising goals.
4.3 Accuracy of Information
- ✓ Ensure all business information provided (name, address, phone, hours, services) is accurate and consistent across all platforms for SEO and directory listing purposes.
- ✓ Inform us of any legal restrictions, compliance requirements, or industry regulations that may affect your advertising or marketing campaigns.
4.4 Advertising Policy Compliance
- ✓ Ensure that your business, products, and services comply with all applicable advertising platform policies including Google Ads Policies, Meta Advertising Standards, and Microsoft Advertising Policies.
- ✓ Understand that failure to comply with platform policies may result in account suspension by the respective platform, for which Local Legends Marketing is not liable.
